In a cold press machine, the seeds are heated slowly over low heat. In this, the oil presser part is made of wood and works somewhat like a crusher. The amount of oil released from the cold press machine may be less but the nutritious elements remain in it. This is also called Kachi Ghani oil. Due to the production of less quantity of oil from more seeds, the price of Kachi Ghani oil is high.
